MACHINERY & FABRICATION

Manual Machinery and Equipment.
Centre Lathe Capacity  – Diameters up to 700mm * 640 long  can be turned  and diameters of 375 mm over a length of 2400mm meters.

We also have a range of Milling and Drilling Machines.

Surface Grinding.
Parts that require Surface grinding are also done in house, Sizes up to 850mm * 500mm .

Broaching Slotting, Keying and Splines.
Internal slotting  to sizes from 60mm Diameter *600mm long. Various keyway and spline broaches.

Fabrication
Welded fabrications and metal roll building refurbishment is carried out in  our fabrication department.

Assembles up to 5 tonnes may be built and steel rolls can be refurbished in sizes up to 400 diameter * 2000mm long.

Fabrication Equipment
Guillotine cuts sheet materials up to 6mm thick and sizes up to 3000mm in length.

Brake press folds materials up to 6mm thick and sizes up to 3000mm in length.

Mig,Tig, Arc and Sub Arc welding is a standard practice at Kinetic Engineering.
